INSTRUCTIONS FOR DRAFTING EDITORIAL SHORT PAPERS
Candidates who intend to submit their work for presentation at the Second SISC Annual Conference “Climate Change: scenarios, impacts and policy” (Venice, 29-30 September 2014), are asked to follow the instructions below.
You may choose to present your paper either orally or in the format of a poster. The instructions provided on this page apply to both cases.
We would like to remind you that the deadline to submit your work is May 30, 2014. At least one author of the work must register for the conference to present the paper in the event that the Scientific Committee selects it. The works selected for presentation will be included in the Conference Proceedings.
A short paper must be submitted in its final version according to the following guidelines :
- Length: maximum 3,000 words
- Working language: English
- Submission format: .pdf
- The .pdf file must strictly follow the graphic instructions available for download below
Your work must be presented in the requested format otherwise it will not be taken into account.
To ensure that high quality and professional Proceedings are published, authors are urged to take special care in preparing their papers. Since the Proceedings Book will be generated from the electronic file you send, it is important that your paper follows the exact guidelines provided. In order to help you with this, you may use the Word and LaTex templates, which we have already prepared. Do not forget that your submission must be in .pdf format.
We also recommend that you save the source files of the paper that you submit, since they may be needed during the revision stage of your paper.
