The official language of the Conference is English. This page is available only in English.
2023 Annual Conference: Registrations
Registrations will open on September 15th, 2023.
Payments can be done via Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer.
For organisational reasons, we strongly discourage on-site payments.
Registrations will be confirmed after the receipt of the payment (the instruction to procced with the payment will be sent after filled in the registration form).
Please note that the deadline for registration for inclusion in the programme is October 6th, 2023.
The conference will take place in person. All presenters must attend in person: remote presentation is not foreseen.
Registration categories and fees
There are different categories for registration to the Conference, each of which corresponds to a different amount.
- SISC Membership – Standard or Supporting: individual SISC member registered for the year 2023.
- SISC Membership – Reduced: individual SISC member registered for the year 2023 with reduced fee.
- New Member or renewal – Standard: registration as an individual SISC member for the year 2023 is bundled with registration to the Conference.
- New Member or renewal – Reduced: registration as an individual SISC member for the year 2023 is bundled with registration to the Conference. Upon registration, you will be prompted for the necessary documents to certify your status as a student or under 30 years of age
- Non-member: individuals who are not members of the Association wishing to participate in the Conference are welcome.

* The registration is exempt from VAT according to D.P.R. 26/10/1972, n. 633, art. 1 and 4. A receipt of payment will be issued after the payment.
** VAT is included in the fees.
Registration fees include: the participation to all scientific sessions of the Conference, coffee breaks, lunches and conference pack.
A social dinner will organised and the participation is on voluntary basis. The cost of the dinner will be added to the abovemention fees.
Cancellation policy
For administrative reasons it is not possible to refund registration fees. Nevertheless we kindly ask you to let us know if you are not able to participate in the Conference by writing to info@sisclima.it.
